I have depression issues and I have tried so many different things. Medication and counselors. For some people that does work, but I have actually implemented some of your suggestions into my life on a daily basis and I am noticing I don’t feel as depressed or even really have time to ponder on negative things like I use to. I have changed the way I think and look at things, get sleep at night, have cut out alot of processed foods out of my diet, exercise, and even when I feel myself getting down I remind myself of all the things I have to be thankful for.
It’s a process but overall I have been feeling better about myself than I have in years. Such an inspiration.
