    These are 10 great tips. Belly fat is definitely one of those things many struggle with, especially as we get up there in age. I do not know why, but I did not think about oatmeal. It does make a lot of since though since it is so rich in fiber. Good suggestion of not to add any sugar to it.

    Is there anything that almonds can’t do? They are just so effective when one is interested in losing weight. I like the way you are emphasizing proteins in your diet. Because i just love building muscleand they are good for that. Now I know they are good fr fat loss as well

    Thank you for this post. I have just recently (about 3 weeks ago) started eating differently. I have changed to a low carb diet, and the results have surprised me. It really works… if you DO it. That’s the hardest part. Do you have any advise to help someone stick with it? Doing something for a while is fine… it’s the maintaining it that is difficult. Great post!
