    I must say, the most shocking item on this list to help improve memory power is fasting. I never would’ve thought that was the case. Very interesting.     You’ve got some insightful tips here! I’ve never had a problem with my memory and in fact I have done several of the things you have mentioned here to make my memory sharper over the years.

    One of my favorite exercises is practicing memorizing a list of names by associating them to their face. This association helps me retain the name and retain the face at the same time.

    I’ve also done mental exercises where I remember parts of my day and recap the highlights! This has allowed me to not only reminisce on the good things that have happened but it also lets me remember more of my day the more I do it.

    And I have kept a regular sleeping schedule of about 6 – 8 hours a week!

    This is great! Gonna be bookmarking it for sure.. I’ve done quite a bit on this list but some stuff I haven’t.. For instance I’ve never really been able to meditate (gonna try again soon), but I find that the brain games are really helpful for short term memory.. If I could only set some time aside during the day to do them!

The best thing to help you meditate is to just take 2 minutes every day and breath in and out really slow. It slows down your mind process really well. Then at that point your desire to want to meditate/visualize will be very strong.
